2013 Holiday Lighting Contest Winners Announced

[Duluth, MN] - Winners of the 2013 Holiday Lighting Contest were announced in Duluth City Hall at an award ceremony this morning. All participants dedicated many hours and resources to bring joy to residents. The City is grateful for their willingness to share the spirit of the holidays. A panel of judges had many wonderful displays to choose from but eventually narrowed it down to the following:  

First Place:   Kern Family,  2725 Exhibition Drive

Second Place: Stojevich Family,  202 East McGonagle Street

Third Place: Sundbom Family,  5649 Martin Road
 
The public also had an opportunity to submit nominations for their favorite display. Congratulations to the Stojevich family (202 E. McGonagle St.) on also being selected as the "People's Choice" winner!
