Water Main Break on Decker Road Closes Miller Hill Mall Today
A water main break on Decker Road near the JC Penneys store has resulted in the Miller Hill Mall closing today.
A City of Duluth Public Works crew is currently on site to determine the exact location of the break. Crews will remain on the site until the problem is resolved.
