INCIDENT TIME:
INCIDENT LOCATION: Duluth, MN

On September 19th, 2013 Investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force made a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Cody David Husemoller, a 20 year old male resident of Duluth. Investigators had information that he was transporting heroin to Duluth from Minneapolis and during a search of the vehicle they located 25.4 grams of heroin.

Through a subsequent investigation in January 2014 investigators learned that Husemoller was renting a room at the Casa Motel in Duluth for another person who was later identified as Cornelius Durell Clinkscales, a 28 year old male resident of Chicago, who was selling heroin there. On January 16th, 2014 investigators executed a search warrant at that room and found 55 grams of heroin and packaging used for sales.
Cody Huselmoller and Cornelius Clinkscales were brought to the Saint Louis County Jail and have both been formally charged with 1st Degree Sale of Heroin and 1st Degree Possession of a Heroin.
