NATURE OF INCIDENT: Male Arrested for Sale of Heroin and Child Endangerment

On Thursday, February 6th, 2014 Investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and the Duluth Police Department executed a search warrant at a motel in the 300 block of East Superior Street, During the search, a male identified as Carvell Nashun Robinson, a 31 year old male (AKA “MAC” or “MACARONI”) was arrested for 2nd Degree Sale of Heroin.

Investigators located approximately 7 grams of heroin, and over $2800.00 in US Currency in Robinson’s possession.  

An associate of Robinson, Dorothy Irene Leoso, a 25 year old female was arrested on a local warrant. Leoso’s 5 year old daughter was staying in the room with her and Robinson while he was selling heroin.   Additional charges are pending on her relating to the drug investigation and Child Endangerment. 
Carvell Robinson is currently on probation in Saint Louis County for 2nd Degree Sale of Crack Cocaine. He was out on bail in Douglas County where he is charged with 7 counts of Delivery/Sale of Heroin and two counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was also out on bail in Saint Louis County for 3rd Degree Sale of Heroin. 
Carvell Robinson was lodged at the Saint Louis County Jail for 2nd Degree Sale of Heroin and Child Endangerment.
