Police Investigate damage to Ordean Middle School.
The Duluth Police Department is investigating the damage to several windows at the Ordean Middle School, 301 North 40th Avenue East. At least eight windows were damaged during the night and it appears the damage was done using golf clubs and golf balls. School District officials estimate the cost of the damage to be around $10,000.00.
At 12:37 AM this morning, police received a call of a white SUV with four teenagers parked near the school and it appeared the teenagers were hitting golf balls at the school. The four teenagers were described as three males and one female. The four left in the white SUV before police arrived.
Duluth Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the white SUV and the four teenagers. Anyone with information is asked to call the Duluth Police Property Crime Investigators at 218-730-5160.
