[Duluth, MN] – Mayor Don Ness and John Jaschke, Executive Director of the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR), will hold a press conference today at 12:30 p.m. in the Mayor’s Reception Room (Room 403 of Duluth City Hall) to provide an update on flood relief efforts and discuss Phase IV funding allocations, including an exciting grant for stream bank stabilization.
