#69DU-CR-13-5152.
UPDATE:
On Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 at 11:04 PM Duluth Police went to a residence in the 300 block of North 4th Avenue West and arrested Maxine Morrow outside without incident.
She was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail for her five Felony No Bail Warrants.
