The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender AMEN WIND TOOMEY “aka Carey Toomey” DOB: 04/08/1976.
TOOMEY is currently living in vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and West 3rd Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
TOOMEY has a history of sexual conduct and contact with female victims (age 14-adult). Conduct has included sexually explicit comments. Contact has included fondling and penetration. Offender has been known and unknown to victims.
The physical description of TOOMEY is:

Height: 6’04”
Weight: 262 pounds
Eyes: Blue
Build: Large
