Informational Meeting on Historical Neighborhood Survey Scheduled for March 25
 
 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Community Development Division and the Duluth Heritage Preservation Commission will hold an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in Room 303 of Duluth City Hall (411 West First Street) at 2:00 p.m. on an upcoming historical inventory of the central and east hillside neighborhoods.
 
This survey builds on previous inventories of the east hillside neighborhood and downtown areas of the city. The firm Summit Envirosolutions, Inc. has been hired to conduct this inventory and will be present at the meeting. The area being surveyed falls within the blocks west of 6th Avenue, south of 6th Street, east of Lake Avenue and north of 1st Street. The purpose of the meeting is to inform residents of the purpose and objectives of the survey and to gather historical information residents may have on their homes.
