Public Meeting on Park Point Small Area Plan Scheduled for April 8
 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Planning Division will be hosting an open house on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in room 303, on the 3rd floor of Duluth City Hall, for the public to hear about recommendations stemming from a series of public meetings that addressed future land use of the Park Point neighborhood.
 
Following the open house, a Planning Commission meeting will also take place on April 8 (City Council Chambers, 3rd floor City Hall) at 5:00 P.M. The Planning Division staff will be presenting the findings developed over the past two months, which include an evaluation of traffic patterns and a proposed Two Tier park access proposal.
