The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release of Level III Predatory Offender WESLEY GORDON VANDELL DOB: 11/08/1970.
VANDELL is currently living in the 700 block of Boundary Avenue, Duluth, MN 55810.
VANDELL has a history of sexual contact with victims (female, ages 13-16). Contact has included penetration. Offender also videotaped the assaults. Offender gained compliance by holding parties in his home and providing alcohol to victims. Offender was known to victims.

Weight: 154 pounds
Eyes: Blue
Build: Slender
Complexion: Fair
