INCIDENT LOCATION: 300 block North 21st Avenue West
On Thursday, April 10th, 2014 at 1:52 PM Duluth Police were called to the 300 block of North 21st Avenue West on a shots fired incident. It was reported that 3-5 shots were fired.
Initial investigation revealed that an occupied residence and an unoccupied truck parked in front had each been hit with two rounds. No one was injured. A short time later officers located the suspect vehicle unoccupied in downtown Duluth. The suspect was described as a black male. This was not a random act.
