"March For Babies" Walk
On Saturday, April 26th, 2014 groups of walkers will be participating in the March of Dimes "March for Babies” event. Participants will be leaving the back of the DECC approximately 10:00 am, crossing Harbor Drive, and walking the foot bridge to the Lake Walk, then returning back to the DECC using the same route.
A coned crosswalk will be set on Harbor Drive for the participants, and an officer will be directing traffic at that crosswalk. The walking event should finish approximately 12 noon.
Drivers should use caution when travelling in the area of the event.
