Groundbreaking Ceremony Today at 2 pm, Phase Four of Ramsey Townhome Development
[Duluth, MN] – Duluth Mayor Don Ness will join City and community leaders at a groundbreaking today for the next phase of the Ramsey Townhome Development, in West Duluth. The twelve units to be constructed are part of the fourth phase of a market rate townhome development, which are in addition to the 80 units already completed. There will be three new fourplexes built as part of this new phase.
Mayor Ness will be joined by Chris Eng, Director of Business & Economic Development/Executive Director of DEDA, as well as Ken Talle of Thies & Talle, Inc.
