INCIDENT LOCATION: 600 block North 27th Avenue West
On Wednesday, July 16th, 2014 at 3:00 PM Duluth Police went to a residence in the 600 block of North 27th Avenue West to attempt to locate Tyler Scott Sandstrom, a 22 year old male who was one of the three recent NERCC escapees; and the last remaining at large.
Officers located Sandstrom inside the residence and he was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail.
Sandstrom’s girlfriend, Kayla Jo Vranish, a 21 year old Duluth resident was arrested for Aiding and Abetting Escape and transported to the Saint Louis County Jail.
