DULUTH POLICE “Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week” – ARRESTED AGAIN!

White male, 20 years of age
Height: 5’09”
Weight: 165
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Brown
Austin Overfors has felony warrants for his arrest for violation of probation stemming
from burglary, controlled substances, and giving a false name to a peace officer.
On July 12th, 2014 at 9:01 am Duluth Police were called to the area of 27th Avenue West &
3rd Street on a suspicious person. Officers arrived and a male suspect started running in
the 2800 block of #2 alley. After a short foot chase officers caught the suspect who was
identified as Austin Overfors.
He was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail for his warrants and issued a citation for
Misdemeanor Obstructing Legal Process.
UPDATE:
On  Wednesday, August 6th, 2014 11:12 PM a Duluth Police officer was patrolling the 6300 block of Brighton Beach Road when he observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the park after hours.
The driver was identified as Austin John Overfors, a 20 year old male resident of Duluth. During his arrest officers located marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the car. 
Overfors was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail for his 4 Saint Louis County Warrants and for 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphilia, Possession of Hypodermic Needles and Driving after Revocation.
