Lincoln Park Small Area Plan Open House Scheduled for September 17
[Duluth, MN] – The City of Duluth Planning Division is hosting a public open house for residents to come learn about and provide input on the Lincoln Park Small Area Plan that relates to future land use, transportation, community safety, and general quality of life issues. Attendees will help the City determine community priorities for the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
The open house will be held September 17, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Harrison Community Center, 3002 West 3rd Street. Light refreshments will be provided.

The Minnesota Department of Health and City Planning and Economic Development staff are also conducting a Health Impact Assessment, with a community based Technical Advisory Committee, on this small area plan to explore how the long range plan will impact the neighborhood’s health. This project is supported by a grant from the Health Impact Project, a collaboration of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and The Pew Charitable Trusts.
