Lift Bridge temporary closure scheduled for January 14-15
 

The Aerial Lift Bridge will temporarily close in the early morning hours of January 14 and January 15.  The Bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic during the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. and again from 3:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. The Bridge will be opened between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. to clear any waiting traffic.    

 

Crews will be preparing the scaffold and platform system which is to be used in the upcoming repainting of the bridge towers and the repair of structural steel elements.
