10th Ave East Reconstruction Project Update
 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public that starting Monday, September 22, 2014, Second Street will be closed at 9th Avenue East until approximately October 30, 2014 due to the reconstruction of 10th Avenue East.  A detour will be posted at 6th Avenue East and 2nd Street. 
 
Two way traffic will be allowed on 2nd Street only between 10th and 11th Avenue East to allow access to hospital services and parking lots.  

Work on 10th Ave East started from Superior Street and will end at East 5th Street. The reconstruction project is expected to be completed by early November.
