The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender TARAN LAVAR BUCHANAN DOB: 12/04/1977.
BUCHANAN is currently living in the vicinity of the 100 block of North 1st Avenue West, Duluth, MN 55802.
BUCHANAN has engaged in sexual contact with a victim (female, age 12). Contact included penetration. Offender was known to victim.
The physical description of BUCHANAN is:

Height: 6’0”
Weight: 212 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Build: Medium
