DULUTH POLICE “Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week”- ARRESTED!
BRETT ALLEN DELVALLEY, DOB: 07/10/1984
White Male
29 years of age
Height: 6’0”
Weight: 200
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blonde
Brett DelValley has felony warrants for his arrest for violation of probation stemming from burglary and possession of controlled substance cases, warrant # ‘s 69DU-CR-12-4244, 69DU-CR-14-1098, & 69DU-CR-14-2078.
UPDATE:
On Friday, September 19th, 2014 at 3:02 PM Duluth Police put out a press release seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brett DelValley. At 11:31 PM Duluth Police received information that he was at a bar in the 2100 block of West Superior Street. Officers located him there and he was arrested without incident.
Brett DelValley was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail for the felony warrants and for 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The Duluth Police Department would like to thank the public and the media as the collaborative effort once again helped lead us to this arrest.
