INCIDENT LOCATION: 1511 East Superior Street
The Duluth Fire Department and the Duluth Police Department want to announce an increase in the reward amount for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual who set the arson fire at 1511 East Superior Street. The fire was set on August 18th, 2014. The reward is now up to $15,000.00 for information. Information can be left at the MN Arson hotline at 1-800-723-2020 or the Duluth Arson line at 218-730-5080. This fire is still under investigation.
The attempted arson at Messina and Associates at 1512 East Superior Street is thought to be related at this time. The first fire at 1434 East Superior Street was caused by lightning and the second fire at that address was accidental.
