3rd Street at Lake Ave to Temporarily Close for Utility Improvements
 
[Duluth, MN] - Starting Monday, October 6, 2014, 3rd Street in downtown Duluth will be closed at Lake Avenue for a new gas line installation under the roadway. The intersection will be closed for up to three days.
 
The City thanks the public for their patience and is encouraging motorists to use alternate routes.
