The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender MICHAEL LAQUAN GARMON DOB: 3/13/1975.
GARMON is currently living in the vicinity of 22ND Avenue West & Second Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
GARMON has engaged in sexual contact with female victims (age 12 & age 31). Contact included forced penetration. Offender was both known and not known to victims.
The physical description of GARMON is:
Race: Black
Height: 6’1”
Weight: 207 pounds
Eyes: Brown
