INCIDENT LOCATION: Chicago Style Candy and Food, #1 West 4th Street
On Thursday, October 2nd, 2014 at 1:04PM the Duluth Police Department in conjunction with the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at #1 West 4th Street, a business signed as “Chicago Style Candy and Food”.
During the warrant, 1.5 grams of heroin along with marijuana and hydrocodone pills were seized.
Jarrod Arteaz Hibbit, a 24 year old male was arrested and brought to the Saint Louis County Jail for 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation involving heroin sales in the region.
The investigation continues with the expectation of more arrests in the future.
