[Duluth, MN] – Mayor Don Ness will join Peggy Anderson and other members of Circle of Hope today, October 16, 2014 at 12:30 pm in the Mayor’s Reception Room to proclaim October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the City of Duluth. The brief reception is open to the public and media.
