2nd and 3rd Ave West Transition to Two-way Street By New MultiModal Transportation Center
 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public that starting on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, both 2nd and 3rd Avenues West between Michigan Street and Superior Street will permanently become two-way avenues. This change is being done as part of the plan for the new Duluth Transit Authority's MultiModal Transportation Center that is currently under construction at 3rd Ave West and Michigan Street. 
 
Temporary signs will be in place to notify motorists but new striping and signage will be installed in the near future. Motorists may experience delays as everyone adjusts to the change. Additional delays may occur during the restriping process.
