INCIDENT LOCATION: 38th Avenue West and Grand Avenue
On Monday, October 20, 2014 at 6:50 a.m. Duluth Police responded to 38th Avenue West and Grand Avenue on a report of a personal injury accident involving a Duluth school bus.
The initial report was an occupied school bus smashed into a parked car. Duluth Police and MN State Patrol arrived at the scene and determined no one was injured in the crash. The 55 year old male bus driver stated through initial investigation that he swerved to avoid another vehicle striking the unoccupied parked vehicle. The bus driver was not cited in the incident.
Duluth Police are still investigating the accident. No further information can be released at this time.
