[Duluth, MN] – Mayor Don Ness will join representatives from Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors, LLC as well as members of the Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA), the city’s Business & Economic Development staff, and community leaders at a noon news conference tomorrow, Friday, October 24, 2014 to announce a new mixed use housing and commercial project at the corner of London Road and 21st Ave East.
