The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender Delton Roy Misquadace 01/18/1989. Misquadace has moved to the area or 22nd W and 2nd Street.
Misquadace has engaged in sexual contact with female victim (age 15 yoa). Contact included forced penetration. Offender was known to victim.
The physical description of Misquadace is:
Race: Native American
Height: 5’10”
Weight: 320 pounds
Eyes: Brown
