INCIDENT LOCATION: 18th Avenue East and 3rd Street Duluth, MN

Robbery Incident

On Monday, November 17th, 2014 at approximately 10:27 a.m. Duluth Police responded to call of a female reporting a robbery of a person. Officers determined that the victim, an adult female, was in the area of 18th Avenue East and 3rd Street and was walking in the area when she was attacked from behind by an intoxicated, black male suspect, taking her purse.    The victim sustained minor injuries from the robbery incident.   The suspect is described as:

 

•         Black male

•         Approximately 6’ tall

•         Approximately 50 years old

•         Stalky build

•          Having a scruffy beard

•         Wearing a black puffy jacket
