INCIDENT LOCATION: 2300 Block of Catskill Street
On December 7th, 2014 @ around 12:25 p.m. Duluth Police Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force along with Minnesota State Patrol executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2300 Block of Catskill Street.
During the search warrant, 23 Grams of Heroin and 2 Grams of Cocaine were located inside the residence.
James Henry Shelly III 11/25/1991 and Calvin S. Golar 08/25/1988 both from Chicago, IL. were arrested for possession of heroin and Cocaine.
Shelly and Golar were taken to the St. Louis County Jail and charged with Controlled Substance Crime in the 1st Degree. No further information is available at this time.
