 Water Shut Off for Upper Kenwood Neighborhood Extended Tonight

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is extending the scheduled water shut off in the upper Kenwood neighborhood in Duluth, for homes west of Kenwood Ave, for several more hours due to additional repairs needed resulting from an unexpected broken water pipe. The pipe is part of the system that feeds the fire hydrant that was being replaced. Crews are still on site and plan to work for several more hours until repairs are completed. Homes in the area will not have access to water until repairs are completed. 

The City apologizes for the incovenience this has caused and is working diligently to make repairs and resume water service to impacted households. Impacted residents can call (218) 730-4000 for updates.
