The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender Eric Devone Pegues DOB: 02/23/1982.

Pegues is currently living in the vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and 2nd Street in Duluth. Eric Pegues has engaged in sexual contact with a 13 year old female. Contact included fondling and penetration. Offender gained access to victim by approaching her in a public place.

The physical description of Eric Pegues is:

Race: Black

Height: 5’10”

Weight: 188 pounds

Eyes: Brown
