The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 39 year old male, Jason Edward Koehler.  Koehler is currently living in the vicinity of 1st Ave W and 2nd Street, Duluth, MN 55806. 

Offender engaged in sexual contact with victims (female, ages 7-16). Contact included fondling vaginal area of one victim, from which she reported pain, and stealing the underwear of the other victim for masturbatory purposes. Offender was known to victims (father and brother-in-law).

Koehler is described as:

•          Race: Caucasian

•          Height: 6’2”

•          Weight: 220 pounds

•          Eyes: Hazel
