INCIDENT LOCATION: 200 North 15th Avenue East / 1700 West 2nd Street Duluth
On Wednesday, February 11th, 2015 at 2:40 p.m. Duluth Police and Lake Superior Violent Crimes and Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the area of 200 North 15th Avenue East. During the execution of the search warrant, 20 grams of Heroin, 16 grams of cocaine, and drug paraphernalia were located inside the residence. Michael Andre Byrd, a 41 year old male of Chicago was arrested and taken to the St. Louis County Jail for 1st degree sale of heroin, 1st degree sale of cocaine, and misdemeanor obstructing.
Duluth Police and Lake Superior Violent Crimes and Drug Task Force executed another search warrant at 4:05 p.m. in the area of 1700 West 2nd Street. During the execution of the search warrant, approximately 70 grams of heroin, $7,768 in cash, and drug paraphernalia was located. Bianca Jackson, a 24 year old female of Chicago was arrested and taken to the St. Louis County Jail for 1st Degree Sale of Heroin Charges.
