Temporary Closure for Portion of Michigan Street Planned for February 28
 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public about a temporary road closure in downtown Duluth on Michigan Street. On Saturday, February 28, 2015, the intersection of 3rd Avenue West at Michigan Street and the entire block of Michigan Street between 3rd and 4th Avenues West will be closed from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM to accommodate heavy equipment that will be used to make repairs to existing signage and install a new sign on the Wells Fargo building.  The City hopes to open at least the intersection at 3rd Ave West by Noon, depending on progress of the project.
