Drug Arrest

The Twin Ports area has recently experienced a surge in heroin or opioid related overdoses in the past week.

The Duluth Police Department and Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force have responded to this surge with the arrest of two suspected heroin dealers and have issued an arrest warrant for a third that has not been located.

On 3/4/2015, 30 year old, Devon Maurice Bowser was arrested for the sale of a simulated controlled substance.

34 year old Cue Trevon Gipson was arrested for 2nd Degree sale of heroin. Both Gipson and Bowser were lodged at the St. Louis County Jail.

We are currently asking for the public’s help in locating a third suspect, 30 year old, Raymond Valentino Bowser. Bowser has an arrest warrant for 5th degree possession of heroin and is wanted for questioning in multiple drug related charges. If you have any information to Bowser’s whereabouts please contact the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force at 730-5750 or if you see him please call 911.
