Kevin Luick has a felony warrant for his arrest for burglary and theft, # 69DU-CR-15-318.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kevin Luick. If anyone has information or knows the whereabouts of Luick, they are asked to call 911.
