Public Meeting to Discuss Future of Lincoln Park Neighborhood
[Duluth, MN] – The public is invited to a City of Duluth Small Area Plan meeting focused on the future of the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The goal of the Small Area Plan process is to study the area in greater detail to develop and implement a long term plan that will maintain but also enhance the Lincoln Park Study Area to examine the current designation, distribution and function of land use in this area, and to provide a more detailed long term land use policy and implementation plan. In addition, a Health Impact Assessment is also being conducted to assess the potential health impacts of goals and policies identified in the Small Area Plan. The meeting details are:
