On Friday, March 20th, 2015 at 11:00 AM until 9:30 PM and Saturday March 21st, 2015 at 10:30 AM until 4:30 PM the Lake Superior Lawmen will be hosting the 9th Annual Lake Superior Lawmen Hockey Classic to raise money for Courage Kenny Northland.
 
Courage Kenny Northland has served residents of the Duluth-Superior Twin Ports since
1979 by providing year-round adaptive sports and recreation programs to youth and
adults with physical disabilities and vision loss, as well as youth with autism spectrum
diagnoses. Families are also welcome to participate. The programs are supported by more
than 180 community volunteers and funded in large part by the generosity of individuals,

The 24 tournament teams are made up of Police Officers, Firefighters, Air National
Guard and other Emergency Service members from Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota
and Canada. Games will be played at the Duluth Heritage Sports Center, Seitz and Sill
Arena’s and at SAHA Arena in Superior, WI.
 
Please come and join players and their families, Courage Kenny Northland staff and volunteers at our games. Tickets for our General Raffle Drawing will available at all arenas throughout
both days, with 100% of all proceeds going to Courage Kenny Northland. The actual General
Raffle drawing will be held Saturday night at the awards banquet and winners not present will be contacted.
 
The Lake Superior Lawmen Hockey Classic is free and open to the public. Our tournament contact person is Duluth Police Department Lieutenant Nick Lukovsky and he can be reached at (218) 340-7182 if you have any questions.
