Duluth City Hall Front Entry Will Be Temporarily Inaccessible Due To Repairs - Project to Start March 23
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public about upcoming repairs to the front entry stairs of Duluth City Hall, facing Priley Drive. Due to deteriorating conditions over the years, the stairs are in need of repair. This project will require complete closure of the stairs and front doors entering City Hall from Priley Drive. The closure will start on Monday, March 23, 2015 and will remain closed for about three weeks, pending favorable weather conditions.
City Hall entries located on West 2nd Street and 4th Ave West, both of which have electronic doors for ADA accessibility, will still be open. The West First Street doors will also be open.
Parking meters (#CV7 to #CV13) directly in front of the repair project will be posted no parking for the duration of the stair closure.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public's patience.
