The Duluth Police Department in coordination with the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement successfully completed a two-day prostitution – sex trafficking operation.
The operation resulted in 15 prostitution related arrests in addition one of the suspects arrested was also charged with 1st degree sale of methamphetamine. 25 grams of methamphetamine and $390 in counterfeit U.S. currency were seized.
The following individuals were arrested and lodged at the St. Louis County Jail:
Wayne Morris Everett- DOB: 61 YOA -soliciting prostitution in public
Reid William Nichols – 26 YOA - soliciting prostitution in public
Nicholas Chyi-jye Wang- 26 YOA - soliciting prostitution in public
Allen Gene Kniep- DOB: 29 YOA -soliciting prostitution in public
David Leroy Denasha- DOB: 26 YOA - soliciting prostitution in public
Brian Scott Kirsh -47 YOA - soliciting prostitution in public
Matthew James Robbins- 37 YOA- solicitingprostitution in public
Lee NMN Vang -34 YOA - prostitution in public
Jason Michael Stone -42 YOA - sex trafficking in the 2nd degree, 1st degree sale methamphetamine and 2nd degree sale of methamphetamine
Jeffrey Harris Wilensky- 40 YOA - soliciting prostitution in public
Allan Anthony Polkoski – 59 YOA – soliciting prostitution in public
Scott Stanley Chilberg – 35 YOA - soliciting prostitution in public
Mark Edward Morin – 45 YOA - soliciting prostitution in public

All arrests stemmed from persons responding to advertisements for escort services on the website backpage .com
