Update on Duluth City Hall Front Entry Repairs
 
[Duluth, MN] - Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Duluth City Hall stair renovations project has shifted locations from the front of City Hall, as of today, March 24, 2015 to the upper level stairs located on West First Street side of the building. The doors facing West First Street are closed and not accessible. This particular set of steps was slated to begin next month, but will instead undergo repairs this week into early next week.
 
Previously scheduled work on the stairs facing Priley Drive is on hold until the contractors have completed their work on the upper level steps facing West First Street. The City Hall doors facing Priley Drive are currently open with a section of those stairs accessible until early next week at which point, those steps will be closed for repairs lasting an estimated 3 weeks. Meters numbered #CV7 to #CV13 are still blocked off as no parking. As a reminder, the West 2nd Street and 4th Ave West doors are additional access points into the building.
