The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 40 year old male, Jason Edward Koehler. Koehler is currently living in the vicinity of Cody Street and N. 66 Avenue West, Duluth, MN 55807.
Offender has a history of sexual conduct and contact with minor female victims (ages 7-16). Conduct included stealing underwear. Contact included fondling. Offender was known to victims.
Koehler is described as:
• Race: Caucasian
• Height: 6’2”
• Weight: 220 pounds
• Eyes: Hazel
