The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 46 year old male, ALAN WAYNE HAGEN.  HAGEN is currently living in the vicinity of the 500 North 66th Avenue West in Duluth. 

Offender engaged in sexual contact with victim (11 year old male) on multiple occasions over a period of one year. Contact included showing internet pornography to victim, having victim fondle offender's penis, penile-anal penetration, and performing fellatio on victim. Offender gained access by having victim spend weekends at his house, and sleeping in the same bed with him. Offender would provide the victim with alcohol, cigarettes, pop, candy and money. Offender was known (father's friend) to victim.

• Height: 6’1”

• Weight:  172 pounds

• Eyes: Blue
