Public invited to discuss proposed natural

resources regulations
 
 

The City of Duluth Planning Division invites the public to a meeting on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 10:00 AM in Room 405 on the Fourth Floor of Duluth City Hall. 

 

The Clarion Associates team, which was hired to assist City Planning staff in drafting the Unified Development Chapter of the City’s Legislative Code, will make a presentation on the proposed natural resources overlay (NRO).  City staff will also be available. 

 

The NRO includes regulations for wetlands, floodplains, shore lands, and storm water. The NRO will also be part of the Module 3 discussion taking place in the evening on February 9, 2010, at 6:00 pm in the St. Louis River Room at the DECC.
