The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the address change of Level III Predatory Offender, Logan Asher Mattson, DOB 12/25/1980.
Mattson is now living in the 100 block of North 19th Avenue West in Duluth
Mattson has a history of sexual contact with female victims ages 5-11. The victims are known to Mattson and the contact has included fondling and penetration.
The physical description of Mattson is:
Race: White
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 185 lbs
Eyes: Hazel
Hair: Brown
Build: Medium
Complexion: Fair
