INCIDENT TIME: 1:55 p.m.
INCIDENT LOCATION: Lake Avenue and 5th Street
On 4/23/2015 at 1:55 p.m. Duluth Police responded to the area of Lake Avenue and 5th Street on reports of shots fired in the area. Officers arrived at the scene and determined the suspect shot at a car as it was leaving the area. The parties involved in this incident are known to each other.
Duluth Police have identified a suspect in this incident and there is probable cause to arrest 32 year old, Darryl Franklin Bowser for 2nd degree assault.
Duluth Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Bowser. If you see or know Bowser’s whereabouts, you are asked to call 911. The investigation continues and no further information is available at this time.
