The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 58 year old, ARTHUR GODFREY STRONG.  STRONG is currently living in the vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and 2nd Street in Duluth. Offender engaged in sexual conduct and contact with a 16 year old female.  Contact included penetration.  Offender gained access to victim at her place of employment and the offender was not known to victim

• Height: 5’7”

• Weight: 178 pounds

• Eyes: Brown
